Fantastic Items!

I received two really nice items today! Both of which i’ve never seen before!!

Firstly another promo copy of With Love and Squalor. In the finished case, with a promo sticker over the barcode on the back. FBI anti-piracy warning stamp on the back too. And the disc has a promotional only text box and instead of a promo stamp around the disc’s centre, there’s a circle cut out which is see through with another section of pink like the regular release after that! Also the band’s name and a;bum title on the spine is different to the final release!

And secondly a different version of the Great Escape single! I’m not sure about this, I think it’s a promo, but there are no promo stamps, except for a box on the front and back with the same copy control information as on WLaS promos.. However the main thing is that it has 3 tracks! Not only the Great escape and normal This Means War b-side, but Callbacks Under The sea! And the sticker on the front reads ‘we didn’t realize they were going to print this’ in the same style as the normal jokey stickers..

I expected it to be an enhanced CD like that of Nobody Move, Nobody Get Hurt, but its definately not. And the copy control information makes me belive it’s apromo but i’m completely unsure to be honest!

When you have most releases from an artist it’s very very nice to find some hidden treasures you’ve never heard about online..

Site wise, i’ve been gradually building up text in the discography section as my camera lead broke. But I got a card reader today so i’m hoping to start fillign up the pages with photos! 😀
